This is my second review for Advantage Carpet Care. I asked Owen and Ted if it would be possible for them to clean my very special area rug. This Flokati Rug has very long wool fibers, and it requires very special cleaning. I was elated to discover that Ted has cleaned this type of rug before, and he knew exactly how to do it. When he returned the rug, it was cleaner, softer, and whiter than it had ever been! Ted has a very extensive knowledge of Flokai Rugs, and he did an AMAZING job cleaning it for me. If we’re cleaning your carpets or rugs on the same day, we can place your sofas or chairs on top of them. Alternatively, as a last resort, the furniture can be set on tarps to protect the floors. We will “A” frame loose cushions to maximize drying time. In most cases, it’s best to wait until the following day to reassemble your furniture, allowing it to dry completely.
